• Senior Consultants – perform high quality service on client engagements.  We are continuously recruiting at this level for candidates with 3-10 years of experience.
  
• Managers – manage staff and daily operations for project. 
  
• Senior Manager – manage staff and lead client engagements. 
  

In New York, we have the below project openings.

• Senior Manager/Director- to do both business development and project work. Candidate will need to have direct experience in Actualize niche; either the Mortgage/Fixed Income or Capital Markets.  Additionally, must have consulting experience; Big 4 or large consulting firm a plus. Asset Management experience is preferred.  Also, must have industry contacts to cultivate work.

• Senior Consultant – Capital Markets Manager to play a key role in the growth and development of the Capital Markets practice.  Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit, relevant industry experience and demonstrated selling attributes / techniques.  The manager will be largely responsible for strategy, growth, and client delivery for the firm’s growing Capital Markets practice. The ideal candidate will have professional services/consulting experience, broad capital markets, asset management, solid systems technologies knowledge, and credible experience with large scale business transformation, M&A projects and a proven track record for leading consulting engagements and growing a practice. 

• Finance/Accounting Manager- Finance/Accounting Analysts with experience in both the 3 to 5 and 6 to 10 years range. Applicants must be focused on consistently exceeding expectations and driving client satisfaction and will be responsible for contributing to a project at one of our Fortune 500 client firms. Requirements are i.) Accounting and finance professionals with backgrounds in public and industry positions ii.) Experience implementing complex financial concepts iii.)Consultants who have participated in the redesign of large multifaceted processes iv.) Professionals with operational experience in accounting and finance functions v.) Experience with implementing large scale accounting and finance systems (e.g., in house builds and vendor solutions)

 

In Virginia, we have the below openings.
