Our History
Chad Wekelo founded Actualize Consulting in 2003. With a vision shaped by his previous Big Four accounting firm experience and a love for consulting, Chad set out to create a niche firm that allowed everyone to participate as a teammate instead of an employee. His strategy for success relied on specialized skills in Treasury and Capital Markets, a keen focus on customer satisfaction, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Kerry Wekelo joined Actualize in 2005, bringing her gratitude and mindfulness practices with her to build out Actualize’s internal organization. It was her goal to create a thriving culture based on her ideals. With the full support of leadership, she built a cohesive culture centered on gratitude, trust, growth, and success. This vibrant, supportive company culture benefits our team and our clients.
In 2006, Matt Seu brought his expertise in the Mortgage and Fixed Income space to Actualize, joining the firm after 17 years at Freddie Mac. As an Actualize Partner, he provides invaluable support, leadership, and knowledge to the firm.
Since its inception, Actualize has focused its offerings on financial institutions, opting for specialization rather than spreading its expertise thinly across a broader spectrum. Even after over twenty years, Actualize continues to specialize in assisting organizations with managing their financial data.
